Cisco URL Proxy Grabber With out a Proxy Server??

Has any one gotten the Cisco URL Proxy grabber Active X Objext to work without a proxy server? If not how do you get data from the web without it?

Proxy server is not needd if the CiscoURLProxy is registered. Enter the command "regsvr32 ciscourlproxy.dl"l at the command prompt while in the directory where the file is installed. You will get a DLL registered successfully message.
