Cisco Voice Gateway E&M Card with SIEMENS Hicom 315c PABX E&M card.

I need help about VG E&M with PBX E&M connection setting.

I can found Nortel and Lucent PBX E&M connection setting,

but I can't to find Siemens PBX E&M setting and VG E&M pin,

so Have anyone setting this case, can tell me how to reslove this problem.
