I've done several integrations between Cisco VoIP and IPT (Call Manager) and Nortel Option 11 systems. The easiest integration is to use an NM-HDV E1/T1 trunk card in a Cisco Voice Gateway (1760/26xxXM), and connect to a PRI card in the Nortel. You then use the Cisco Router with the HDV as an H.323 Gateway to the Nortel. You will have to try and streamline your number patterns, to make integration easier, and set up trunks/RDB in the Nortel to allow the direct extension dialling to IP Phones.
If you need any specifics, please email me and I'll see if I can help.
