When i create VOIP dial peer

When i create VOIP dial peer i cannot.

dial-peer voice 1 pots, in the same way when i create dial-peer voice 2 voip it says unrecognized command. When i press ? after dial-peer voice 2 ? it shows only pots not VOIP.

I am using H323 Gateway, in CUCM server i just added a new H323 gateway.

Thanks.
