CiscoIPPhonText newline character

Hi!

It might be a simple solution, but i was wondering how to be able to send a new line character within a CiscoIPPhonText xml-file. Currently i'm using '\n'. This does work on a 7940 and 7960... but doesn't on my 7912. Is there an other character which i have to use instead that works fine for all the cisco phones?

thanks in advance!

Re: CiscoIPPhonText newline character

When escaped sequences are interepreted differently across phone modes, always open a TAC case as it's a bug. I have a case open and a bug id for \t (tab).. it's not rendered the same on the 797x and the IP communicator.
