I have a customer who is deploying 8 users at a remote site, Outlook exchange is being deployed via Citrix. The users will have accounts on the same excahnge server (there is only one) so thats no a problem, but what about the VMO application - as Outlook won't be running on the local Client PC but on the Virtual Machine at the Head Office
Does this work? Has any one tried it? or will this just no work?

Thin clients aren't supported by TAC but some folks have managed to make this work... Here some posts from the forum here specific to Citrix that might be of interest:

As Jeff noted, VMO is not supported in this manner but we have deployed it successfully at many client sites and our own office. Playback via the phone is the smoothest (and yes, you can ring an offsite phone to hear your messages if rules permit. Citrix Audio driver does work for playback through your speakers but sound is so-so at best. You may have issues w/ volume or speed slide-bars in VMO but we've only seen that w/ 1 client. MF 1.8 and XPa/e. Install VMO in global install mode.
Hope this helps.
