Yes, we ran into a roadblock no matter how we tried. In the end, I found mentions of a known issue with 9-2-1 firmware on the Cius that caused enterprise Exchange connections to fail. We upgraded to the 9-2-2 firmware, and just like that all devices were able to get Exchange working. If you're not on 9-2-2, give that a try. Hope that helps.
