Hi guys
i have Call manager 6.1 with around 250 Cisco IP Phones 7941 and 7936 recently the corporate changes the extension plans and implemented new extension that caused the old extension history calls are still in phones i did not want to clear one by one from the phones i asked how to do it centrally or in bulk

we do not have an interface or tool for that, you can simply shut down the switch ports to achieve this since the info is not saved if the phone has a power interruption

Hi,
You could send an ipphone execute with the following URI: Init:CallHistory
You should get the ip-addresses of your phones via axl risport, or use jtapi xsi to send the command.
this would work only on the 7941 however
