Clear phone screen upon incoming call when using Idle URL
We are using an Idle URL. When a call comes in, phone screen does not automatically clears. You have to hit the "Exit" key. Is there a way (either in CCM or programatically) to clear the phone screen when a call comes in? One way would be to register with CCM via JTAPI to receive call events and then clear the phone screen upon "call ring" event. But then you have to monitor hundreds of lines and to receive these events. Any other ideas?
