Clear settings on 7911

How do I clear all settings to include network settings on a 7911? What information can't be cleared with this process? We are trying to use a phone for a sensitive and non-sensitive network. We need to be able to clear the phone before switching and can't have any left over info.

In IP Phone try with network setting and search for erase soft key, press the IP Phone get erase with old IP Address, best is power on/off.
