click-to-dial problem

I installed and configured cisco tsp on my machine. I can go into outlook and dial from my contacts. But when I end the call I get one of 2 errors

The telephony device driver is unable to respond to your request at this time.

or

Internal error occured in the automatic phone dialer. Close the dial phone dialog box and open it again.

Once I click ok on the error message and close dialer I can go in and make another call. I always get error when ending call. I am using outlook 98. Just wanted to see if anyone else had had this problem. Thanks

First error occurs in Outlook 2000 and 2002 as well. Don't think I've seen the second.
