We are running CallManager 4.1(3) with Client Matter Codes required for long distance calls for billing purposes.
The documentation does state that CMCs cannot be configured on speed dials but I noticed that if you dial the full string (phone number and CMC) while on hook and then press dial that it will work like that. I wondered if any knows a work around for this or if anyone knows if there is any plan to fix this problem.
