Closed greetings not playing

I'm only now getting around to working with this so forgive my ameteaur approach - but I was trying to get closed greetings to work - I recorded a closed greeting for myself, enabled it.<br><br>Then went to the system calendar and greyed out (closed) the current time and day and a couple hours around it for good measure - and nothing changed on my greetings.<br><br>I also restarted the Unity process for good measure - still nothing - am I missing an obvious step here?<br><br>Thanks!<br><br> - Ken<br><br>Ken Johnson<br>Mgr. what other greetings are active on your mailbox? Alternate, of course, will over ride all others (including off hours) but internal and busy will over ride it as well if they're active and the call forwarded into Unity busy or came from an extension it recognizes as belonging to a subscriber.

Ah hah - that was it - both the busy and the internal were overriding it :-) Thanks! It works beautifully from outside :-)

Have to remember to properly test all my cases instead of just using my phone all the time as a test :-)
