I've seen it go the other way without any issues. I wouldn't think that quiting the domain would be any issue as long as you aren't changing any names. Be careful with your service account for the call manager services, you may have to change them to a local account. The SQL accounts (aside from the service accounts) should be okay as they have their own user accounts (i.e. sa).
