Q: I have an existing active/active (Advanced Win2K, 2-node cluster) - and would like to know how to integrate Unity IM. Documentation is unclear - <br><br>

Everything you should need to know for setting this up should be in the docs... What's supported (see the subhead "Exchange 2000 clustering"):
