CM 3.1 and new Soft Phone version 1.3(2a)

I am having a problem where some of the users I have had up and running with previous versions of the SoftPhone software are now not able to be heard through the call system.

The MIC almost seems dead on the PC, but when tested with windows recorder, the MIC can be seen to be working fine.

The TSP version in use = 3.1(0.50)

Why would sound just stop - anyone have any good troubleshooting methods or know of any issues with this new SoftPhone version and Call Manager 3.1

what i do know is that try using the default TSP which is installed when softphone 1.3(2a) is being setup. Avoid using the latest TSP 3.2 or 3.3(?) as it will not work with the 1.3(2a). I had problems using the 2 latter versions with my CM 3.1.4a..
