CM 3.2.2 & Multilevel admin problem

Hi Folks,

YOUR VIEWS PLEASE!

I am currently running CM 3.2.2 in a test environment on two servers. Both have Multilevel admin installed but one of them keeps giving me problems regarding some key services NOT starting after reboot -

EventVwr

Callmanager - Error: Database connection error..

CTI - Error: SDIControlLayer for Cisco CTIManager application is attempting to connect to Database..

However, an uninstallation of CM Multilevel apps does not fix the problem except reinstallation. No amount of restarting the d/b fixes it either.

Moreover, anybody experienced starting the CM service manually always after a reboot? Any work around to starting automatically upon reboot as intended? "cm service is set to automatic start"

Callmanager - Error: Database connection error..

A hint that may help you: "Error database" is usually caused by host name resolution problem on the CM server. Try to edit your hosts file on both servers and this should hopefully fix the problem...
