CM 3.2 Shared Line Appearances pickup up others calls by mistake

We are using CM3.2. Have a secretaries phone with sidecar with all of the numbers in the deparment on her phone so she will know when particular folks are busy on other calls.. (they are not set to ring, just to be an appearance). Problem is if she is busy and goes to make a call while one of those many other lines happen to be ringing in (again, she can't hear it ring, cause they are not set to ring on her phone) but she picks up the handset without looking at the phone to make a call, and ends up answering the ringing line. Is there any way to force her phone to pick up her own particular extension and not one of the ones with an incoming call unless she presses that button to take that call?

Re: CM 3.2 Shared Line Appearances pickup up others calls by mis

CallManager Service Parameter "Always Use Prime Line :" True = When phone goes offhook, or the speaker button is pressed, the first line becomes active; but not any additional lines. Example: If a call comes in on a user’s second line, going offhook makes only the first line active. The user must select the second line, in addition to going offhook to answer the call.

The bad thing is this is system wide so it affects everyone.
