CM 3.3.(2)SPC DC directory problem?!?! Please HELP!

Hi!

We have a problem with MCS7825 (publisher and subscriber) running CM 3.3.(2)SPC.

CCMs has configured IPMA and attendant console users.

The symptoms are the following:

if we reboot the the callmanagers after reboot usually the attendant console and IPMA users can not log in (attendant console users gets beck the invalid password error), until we don't update their profile.

I have checked the DC directory, it is syncronized between publisher and subscriber, so what can cause the problem?

Has anybody some idea?

Please help!

Thanks,

Zoltan

It usualy takes some time for the publisher and the subscriber to re-synch after re-boot. May be thats the reason. Check outt the troubleshooting documents on this:
