we recently upgraded from 3.2. Before I was able to login to dc directory with full priviledges with the CM admin and password account... that is no longer there... I am able to login to it now using my user id created in the CM pages and pin/password, but don't seem to have full privledges... I am trying to edit the attendent console profiles adn some of the settings are greyed out or not letting me change them as I used to be able to. How do I grant myself the necessary full privledges? Or is there some hidden account? I tried admin, cisco. and admin admin. ?? HELP! Thanks
Thank you very much. This was nearly correct, so Im giving you a 5. Directory Manager worked as the username I needed. ciscocisco didn't work.. and I tried a slew of other guesses... but using directory manager and then the admin password of my call manager got me in and allowed me the access to the edits I needed... I appreciate your help!!
