CM 3.3 - H.323 & MGCP RTPM-perfmon issues

With a new CallManager 3.3(3) cluster, we are unable to see any statistics on associated MGCP IOS gateways using perfmon or real-time performance monitor. Neither utility shows up any device instances for any of the MGCP gateway types.

For H.323, RTPM has the same problem, but device instances DO show up in perfmon however.

Any ideas?

Re: CM 3.3 - H.323 & MGCP RTPM-perfmon issues

If you have the following key in the registry either delete this key :

My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CiscoCM\Performance\Disable Performance Counters

or change the value of this key from 1 to 0.

ALso check the below link

Re: CM 3.3 - H.323 & MGCP RTPM-perfmon issues

Hi,

I have the same problem at one of my clients. That key is not there on any server. I can't seem to get any of the RTMT stats to show up. Keeps saying Invalid Counter. Also heartbeat doesn't seem to work.

Perfmon is able to read the values correctly for local and remote perfmon counters. The same counters in RTRM don't work. Using CCM 3.3(3)SR2
