In case anyone is wondering why Cisco is not posting "full" images is because CallManager 3.3 requires a server rebuild.
To clarify: that does not mean you will lose data. Part of the rebuild process is to back up the data that is on the existing publisher (if applicable) before the server gets rebuilt. Then during the fresh install of 3.3, the backup data is fed into the installer.
Since this all depends on loading the server using CDs and a fresh install of the OS, it's not something that's being posted on CCO. Instead, the CDs can be obtained using the PUT at http://www.cisco.com/upgrade and this should be free if you have SmartNet or SASU on your CallManager software. Otherwise I believe the list price is $200.
