CM 4.1(3) AXL: addPhone ... Directory number not found

Hi all,

I tried AXL addPhone. After a lot of work it returns:

<faultstring><![CDATA[Item not valid: Directory Number 6673 not found.]]></faultstring>

First: I thought, that you are able to add a line too - do I have to add first the line and then the phone?

Second: I tried a line which is present ... same result.

Any one with any ideas?

Greetings

Axel

yes, you should add the line first

can you please post your SOAP envelope so we can see what you are trying to send?

Re: CM 4.1(3) AXL: addPhone ... Directory number not found

Hi Sacha,

here is the my envelope (see attachment). If it is true, that you can't add a line during adding a phone, it is not sensefull to specify that much parameters for a line.

In this case I tried against CM 4.1(3)es124.

The Reply of the CM is:

http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/" SOAP-ENV:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/">

SOAP-ENV:Client

p.s. it's true 6673 does not exist. But even if I use a DN, which exists, I get the same error.
