CM 4.1.3 MOH doesn't work

Hi,

in the Event Viewer I can see the following message:

The call to start a TFTP download request failed.

On the phone I hear only 3 Beeb.

The audiofiles ar under MOH in TFTP Directory.

The error seems to be just cosmetic. Do you have your MOH server assigned to MRG->MRGL->Device Pool ?

If you are using g.729 codec for this call you would need to enable g.729 MOH support in IP Voice Media Streamin App service parameters

Error: kDownloadMOHFileFailed - Download request failure.

Node ID:

Explanation: The TFTP download request failed.

Recommended Action: Validate the TFTP IP address in the database and that the

file exists..

Conditions:

The above Error is generated during the bootup of the Server.

Workaround:

None. This seems to be just a cosmetic Error message
