I have to set up a hospital who wants control of forwarding to nurse station at anytime. Can I set up a button that is speed dial one touch that will forward to another group? They will be using 7941 and attendent console?

no, there is no one touch button CF feature

they will need to to press CFA and then they can use a speed dial to avoid dialing but it's a 2 key process minimum
