I am trying to capture screen shots from various models of Cisco phones using Call Manager 6 & Call Manager 7, both with Active Directory integration. The http://[IPAddressofphone]/CGI/Screenshot will yield either an error "0" or "4" depending on which version of CM I am trying this on. Any advise on how to capture screenshots in these environments is appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Error 4 is related to authentication. Looks like either you have not associated the phone with the username you are usig for authentication or the authentication URL has been changed from the default CUCM URL.
