Folks, the device weight tables for CM mention that the figures were based on some assumptions about call arrival patterns (AHT, delay, BHCC and such). Unfortunately, I cannot find where these assumptions are explicitly stated.
That document also mentioned that Cisco was developing some additional weighting models that took call arrival patterns into account. Have these documents been developed? Are there any new "sizing" models that allow SIs to design CMs with call arrival patterns in mind?
