CM Directory

A bit of a strange question, but does anyone know of any third party applications that allow you to query the directory and then click on the result to initiate the call. I need something that has configurable fields, not the standard CM fields

If there aren't any third part apps is it possible with the CM directory to add additiona fields and write a new xml query for the directory

Hi,

You can use the IP Phone Services SDK, there is a LDAP search com server.

You can install it on a Server with IIS (NOT the CallManager). You can search in any LDAP-compliant Directory (thus also DC Directory).
