CM Missing Calls

I have a customer who thinks he is losing calls. His main number is pointed at a pilot point and then to a huntgroup which passes the calls onto their operator telephone. Has anyone had any problems with the TCD?Would enabling CDR help in tracking down this problem. If I use this method does the database within SQL keep on growing or overwrite. If it continually grows can I make it overwrite. Other ideas on tracking this problem would also be welcomed.
