CM Services failing to start on boot

Third CM added to two existing, on boot up W2k event log records:

Cisco CTI manager hung on starting

Cisco Telephony Call Dispatcher hung on starting

Cisco TFTP service hung on starting

CTI manager terminated unexpectedly

and CM fails to run.

Have stripped installation and rebuilt from scratch. CM can communicate with other CMs

and database appears to be replicated OK. CM 3.1.3a with latest patches installed. Identical

hardware to existing two CMs. Problem's got to be something simple, but I can't find it!

I've seen this happen when I changed my server's IP address (Windows TCPIP settings) and forgot to change the IP address of the server in my Call Manager Admin.
