CM SQL Query (CM Config)

I'd like to have an "at-a-glance" snapshot of CM configs for our customers. That way, when a customer calls us for support I can simply pull up their config and get a good idea of what their route patterns, translation patterns, gateway's, etc. look like. Right now we have to navigate through CCMAdmin to find what we are looking for. Is there a way to perform a SQL query (or some other method) to get a snapshot of a CM Config?

I recall that there is a "show tech" command available on call manger. This should give all you want in a verbose text format.
