CM3.0 and Unity. Under the CM I have gone under the Devices>Uone> and added ports for Unity to talk to. On the 7960 phone, when I press the message button, I hear the opening greeting. However, when I go to the Unity Server and go to play/record a greeting, it can't establish a connection to the phone? I have gone under options and specified the ip address of the CM and also the extension.<br><br><br><br>
If I understand your problem correctly, you should specify the extension of the phone you wish to connect to and the Unity server under the options for the Phone Record and Playback multimedia control. Do not use the CallManager IP address for the server field.
