I installed the Directory integration plugin off of CCMAdmin. The installation and integration seemed to complete successfully and prompted me for a reboot. When the server was rebooted and I logged into CCMAdmin I am unable to browse any users. It returns an error message stating the following :
Error
The following error occured while trying to load the required page
Couldn't perform getUserInfo(null)Error getting all the user information.

Did you go through the registry keys?
You must perform the following procedure before you add or search for users through Cisco CallManager Administration:
Choose Start > Run.
Enter regedit into the Open field and then click OK.
Browse to \\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Cisco Systems, Inc.\Directory Configuration within the registry.
In the right pane, double-click the DirAccess registry key.
Delete the false registry entry and enter true as the new registry entry.
Restart the IIS Admin Service and its dependent services by choosing Start > Programs > Admin Tools> Services.
Right-click IIS Admin Service and then choose Restart.
A dialog box prompts you to restart dependent services. These services may differ depending on your configuration. Click Yes.
Restart the dependent services. You may now add or search for users within Cisco CallManager Administration. Refer to the latest version of the Cisco CallManager Administration Guide for information on how to perform these tasks.

Can you try to browse the page from one of the other servers?

I can browse from the other subscribers in the cluster, but not from the publisher.

The DIRACCESS registry key is on;y used to enable updating the user information in AD from CCMAdmin. It won't keep you from searching the directory.
Since this seems to be an issue with one server maybe one of the following workarounds is your issue:
CSCdw52774 - User Page encountered timeout error - can not open
Problem:
Can not add user or do a basic search on the user pages as the pages throw
error. Session timed out.
The server name is xxx_tapi2 and the URl is http://xxx_tapi2/ccmadmin
The problem doesn't occur if we use the localhost or IPAddress in the URL.
Symptom:
User page not possible to open via CCMAdmin with address with machine name
having non Domain Name supported characters.
Condition:
Browser version IE5.5 with SP2 and Q313675 patch and the CallManager node name
having special characters
like underscore ( non Domain Name supported chacters)
Workaround:
1)Don't use the non DNS characters in the Server Name.
- or -
2)Use the IPAddress to browse the system if the Server Name has non valid DNS
characters
- or -
3) Use Netscape browser or a IE browser which doesn't have the Q313675 patch.
- or -
4)Can open User page with the the following address.
