Are you using MLA on the servers?

No, no MLA is not installed. And I resolve ccmadmin via IP not DNS with no problem. Just cannot add user

if you havent problems with DNS, it could be a DC Directory Problem. Are there users in the DC directory with special characters ?

Are you trying the dns name or ip address of the callmanager?

Try to request the page from an other pc-station with the ip address of the

callmanager.

i think you have an issue with the dns name of your callmanager.

I have encountered this before. The DC directory database can sometimes require re-initializing. There is a little known set of Utils included with CM called 'Cisco Avvid Directory Service Utilities' found in c:\dcdsrvr\bin on the PUB. These should be able to help backup then re-initialize the DC Dir.
