How can I alter the default search algorithm for CM5's corporate directory? From my understanding, it will show all results sorted out by last name, first name, user ID then by department.
Firstly. What needs to be done in order to do it in such a way it shows all records, but sorted out by department, first name, last name then by user ID?
Secondly. On CM4.X, we are can make copies of xmllist & directorylist found in the CCMCIP folder - alter it and then make the phone subscribe to it via IP Phone service to get its corporate directory. Ideal for multi tenant environment. Can this be done for CM5?
