CME 3.2: Using third party FXS endpoints to connect analog phones

I am wondering if anyone has done this before and can help point me in the right direction toward making this work.

I am trying to connect remote users who work at home offices via IPSEC VPN links. The data portion is great and is working fine, but I want to add remote FXS ports so they can have an extension on the CME system. Has anyone ever tried to do this? I have a MultiTech MultiVOIP analog FXS device and would like to be able to use it.

The MultiVOIP boxes support H.323 and SIP.

Thanks,

Chris

I see no reason why these should not work. The ATA-like devices will be using SIP mode and configuration is made in registrar section.

There is a section for doing that in the manual.
