CME 3.3, CUE 2.2.2, IOS 12.4.2T4

Have a CME integrated with CUE (versions indicated above). MWI numbers have been defined in the CME box as follows

ephone-dn 3

number 8000

mwi on

!

!

ephone-dn 4

number 8001

mwi off

!

When I run CUE initialization wizard, it doesnt pull the MWI numbers (it says no MWI numbers are defined).

I have tried resetting the CUE/CME configs to defaults and re-initialize with no luck.

If I go to Control panel in CUE and click Synchronize, it says that the MWI are not defined in CME.

I manually tried to key in the MWI numbers via CUE CLI and still no luck.

ccn application ciscomwiapplication

description "ciscomwiapplication"

enabled

maxsessions 6

script "setmwi.aef"

parameter "strMWI_OFF_DN" "8001"

parameter "strMWI_ON_DN" "8000"

parameter "CallControlGroupID" "0"

end application

Do your MWI numbers match your dialling plan eg

8001....

with 4 wildcard characters for 4 digit dialling
