CME 4.0 call-forward issue

I have configured CME4.0 on a 2801 router. The router is equipped with an ISDN BRI interface for the connection with the public switched phone infrastructure of the telecom operator. Phone calls from a VOIP phone to the public ISDN network and visa versa are established.

When a VOIP phone is configured with a ?Call Forward? to the public switched network infrastructure, this only works when the VOIP phone is called from the internal (VOIP) network. When the VOIP phone is dialed from the public switched network, the call forward feature does not work. A ?debug isdn q931? shows that the router is trying to call the call-forward number, but the phone connection isn?t established.

0201234567 -> Phone number from which the initial phone call is made

0207654321 -> Phone number of the VOIP phone

0653111111 -> Call Forward number

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Thanks in advance for your support!

Re: CME 4.0 call-forward issue

I tried the suggested solution, but the problem still exists.

I added the complete (new) configuration and the debug information to this post.

Any other suggestions?
