CME 4.0 Users unable to configure speed dials

Working on a customer CME 4.0 and CUE 3.1 install. I have configured the extensions, users and phones. The users have been associated with the phones. Users are unable to log onto the website to configure their speed dials. When they login, click on Configure > Phone is says, "You do not have any phones configured. Contact your administrator."

When I look at the CLI, I see the username and password for that particular users phone.

Has anybody else run into this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Dan,

Can you verify if you have the following commands on CME?

ip http auth local

ip http path flash
