Hi hopefully you guys can help me with this one i have a collection of 7940 and 7960 IP Phones and have just upgraded to CME4 and IOS version 12.4(4)XC2 with firmware version 8.0(2.0)and whenever a user places a call all other phones that share a common line loose the ability to carry out certain functions they cant login, change the DND status, reload or open any of the menus the system message area of the screen just goes blank and loads of other strange goings on have been reported to me but the ones mentioned seem the most popular when no lines are in use everything is fine any ideas what could be causing this?
