CME B-ACD Problem with menu options using param aa-hunt

Experts,

I have set up CME 4.0 with B-ACD for call queueing to a support group. The problem that I am having is I cant seem to get the menu options to call the hunt pilots I have set up. I am using the param aa-huntmenu command and setting the hunt group pilots to match the param aa-huntmenu command. The only options that seem to work are 0 and 1. So if I set up 3 hunt groups and use the command param number-of-hunt-grps 3 and then under the queue service use the same command setting the hunt groups to 3 along with 3 hunt pilots (aa-huntmenu1 - 3) I can press 1 and get to the first hunt group but if I press 2 or 3 then I get an error that is not a valid option. This is the AA and Queue services part of the config

application

service callq flash:app-b-acd-2.1.2.2.tcl

param aa-hunt1 712

param aa-hunt2 713

param aa-hunt3 500

param number-of-hunt-grps 3

service aa1 flash:app-b-acd-aa-2.1.2.2.tcl

paramspace english index 1

param aa-pilot 710

param number-of-hunt-grps 3

param handoff-string aa1

paramspace english language en

param call-retry-timer 15

param service-name callq

paramspace english location flash:

param second-greeting-time 10

param max-time-vm-retry 2

param voice-mail 700

param max-time-call-retry 15

The problem is that the menu options when I call in dont work for 2 or 3.

Any info is appreciated.

Re: CME B-ACD Problem with menu options using param aa-hunt

Configures a call-queue service called queue to associate three menu numbers with three pilot numbers of three ephone hunt groups.Refer URL for configuring hunt group

Re: CME B-ACD Problem with menu options using param aa-hunt

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I am aware of how to configure the menu numbers with the pilots using the param aa-hunt command. What I am having problems with is never getting any option but '1' to work. I happened to get it working by doing the following using 2.1.2.2 and 2.0.1.0 B-ACD.

1. copied b-acd 2.0.1.0 to the router

2. no service aa (and) no service queue

3.

application

service queue flash:app-b-acd-2.0.1.0.tcl

param queue-len 10

param aa-hunt1 3601

param aa-hunt2 3602

param queue-manager-debugs 1

param number-of-hunt-grps 2

service aa flash:app-b-acd-aa-2.0.1.0.tcl

paramspace english index 0

param number-of-hunt-grps 2

param handoff-string aa

paramspace english language en

param max-time-vm-retry 2

param aa-pilot 1000

param second-greeting-time 60

param call-retry-timer 5

param max-time-call-retry 180

param voice-mail 5000

param service-name queue

NOW IT WORKS. I can call in and dial a 1 and get to the hunt group or press 2 and get to the other hunt group.

BUT - I reload the router and when it comes up it doesnt work at all. So I do the following ...

4. no service aa (and) no service queue

5.

application

service queue flash:app-b-acd-2.1.2.2.tcl

param queue-len 10

param aa-hunt1 3601

param aa-hunt2 3602

param queue-manager-debugs 1

param number-of-hunt-grps 2

service aa flash:app-b-acd-aa-2.1.2.2.tcl

paramspace english index 0

param number-of-hunt-grps 2

param handoff-string aa

paramspace english language en

param max-time-vm-retry 2

param aa-pilot 1000

param second-greeting-time 60

param call-retry-timer 5

param max-time-call-retry 180

param voice-mail 5000

param service-name queue

Now I am back to where I started with menu option 1 working but not menu option 2. So if go back to step 1 and remove the aa and queue services and add them back as 2.0.1.0 then it works until the router is reloaded.

To me it looks like a bug but not really sure....

Thanks,

Craig
