cme basic software prob

i have the above files installed on my 1700 router and i cannot make the cme run at all.

i cant see the below commands on the config mode

telephony-service

dn

ephone-dn

etc.

iam a newbie on this. pls advise. How can i enable the cme software in here.

also the gui is not working..the http://10.1.1.1/admin_user.html is coming garbled.

You are using the wrong image. You need one that has "voice" in the filename.

After that your CME will be 4.0 and if you want the GUI as well (technically is no needed) you need to load the corresponding files, the one you indicated are for older CME.

Note, you may find that default memory on your 1700 is not enough for voice image, so be prepared to order an upgrade.

you will also need to extract the TAR files (unzip them basically)

archive tar /xtract source-url flash:/file-url
