Hi All;

How can I configure "call-forward all" command on the second button on IP Phone? usually when press CfwdALL button on phone, automatically it chooses first button.

Alex,

Select the 2nd line by pressing the 2nd button before pressing CFWDAll softkey.

I am actually looking at the same problem which the user has described here. Even I thought that this feature would be line specific. But the CFWDAll softkey gets greyed out when you select the second line. I searched on Cisco's website but cannot find documentation which would mention this is possible through the phone. Any ideas?

I do know that you can get this done via the website but I am looking to forward calls on the second line over the phone.
