CME call report

Hi All;

I have five phones that belong to specific division in our company. they are all using "button 2o21,22,23,24,25" which is shared overlay ephone-dn. Is there any built-in call reporting in CME that shows number of inbound or outbound calls and duration per each call for each phone based on the username who is using that phone? also if you send the documentation related to my request, I'll be very appreciated.

Call reporting in CME is nothing more than the show calls output.

If you want detailed call report you will need to collect CDRs via AAA and process them with a purposely made tool.
