CME Call Transfer Limitation

Unable to transfer calls using the local directory; get the following messages (with any CME/IOS version !).

"Handle Current Call" then "Auto dial Cancelled"

I consider this a big limitation in an SMB environment. If a secretary wants to transfer a call using a local directory this is not possible !

Any plans to solve this issue ?

Any workaround or solution ?

I faced a similar issue sometime back but I don't think there is any workaround as of now.

I've got the same problem, so if anyone from Cisco (or anyone with a workaround) is out there reading this, a fix would be great...
