CME CFA issue

We have a customer who is running CME 3.3 who is having a problem with ephone-dn's being set to call forward all to an nonexistent number. For example, a dn would be set to: call-forward all 2

or something very similar to this. I don't think the customer is doing this because we changed the softkey template and didn't include the call forward all softkey.

Re: CME CFA issue

CME can not verify the valid route for CFA.

You can restrict the number of digits that are allowed in the CFA number and the CFA number is checked against the after-hours

blocking patterns.
