CME, ephone transfer full-consult doesn't work

Have problem the transfer function on the CME router. when I dial to 4001 from CCM IP phone and transfer to 4002, it use the destination 1111 instead of 4002. I think should be used 4 digit since they are located in the same site. works okay the full-blind mode. Advise please.

Re: CME, ephone transfer full-consult doesn't work

Hi

Consult-transfer requires dual-line ephone-dns - delete and recreate the dns that are involved (1 & 2) as dual-line and try again.

Re: CME, ephone transfer full-consult doesn't work

Thanks Aaron. I have same symptom when I tranfer from 4002(to 4001) which has dual line.

The weird is using 1111 as destination when I transfer to 4002(same when transfer from 4002). I configured "dialplan 1 11114... ext 4" so must be 4002 as destination. Any idea why happen this?
