CME Fast Dials

I can add Fast Dials in the GUI but they don't show up on the phone(s). What am I missing? I don't see local services under when I select Directory.

Bit confused by what you are asking, do you mean the local speed dial through local services or speed dials on the actual ip phones?

If you want a good starter I would suggest the Cisco IP Communications Express book - ISBN 1-58705-180-X, although vague in parts its helped me no end

If the user logs into the GUI there are the local speed dials that show up as line appearances on their IP phone and below that is the option to enter "Personal Fast Dials". The Call Manager Express System Administrator Guide indicates these are supposed to show up in local services after hitting the Directory button. When the users hit the Directory button there is no local services option.

The personal speed dials should be option 6, your fast dials will appear here (just in case you havent scrolled?)
