CME GUI access not working

I have a CME 3.3 setup on a 2801. I even have a phone connected on the lan and it works, but when I try to access the GUI thru the proper URL does n/w. I even get prompted for the user name and password I set up under the telephony-service. Any assistance would be appreciated. Below is my telephony-service config.....

I also have the ip http server and ip http flash: commands configured.
