CME integration with Avaya

I am looking to find out how to forward DTMF tones from a CME phone across PSTN to Avaya Vector(AA). IP Phone connected to CME will dial 5 digit number 51984, Num-Exp 95551212. 1212 will be a vector on Avaya that collects digits. The digits I would like to send are the 5 digits that are dialed 51984. Is this possible? Will it take a customer TCL script?
